    I was going to use Tomma Breath- but I went with GARLIC BREATH instead. All I know is that everybody stays the fuck away from me and- I haven’t been sick in more than 20 years!

    Thank you for your wonderful teaching. I have a question. I am a beginner and it is not clear is all the exhales are through the nose or mouth, especially the 1st breathing Bashrika.

      Hi there, welcome to our loving community and thanks for practicing with us. Bhastrika Pranayama is typically done through the nose for both inhalation and exhalation. This technique involves forceful and rapid breathing, where the breath is drawn in and expelled vigorously through the nostrils. The mouth remains closed throughout the practice. Hope this helps.
